4 french volunteers looking for a flat or house to share

We are a group of 4 french volunteers looking for a flat starting in October until the first of September.
I'm Elias, 24 years old, lights engineer and culture worker, I enjoy going out, meeting new people and anything related to culture and arts. I'll be working in a theater called "Cours et Jardins" for a year,
And my three colleagues are Fannie, 23 years old, Thibault 23 years old and Sarah, 23 years old. We'll be working in separate districts but wish to live together and with any other flatmate that might join us (or that we might join in case they're already settled).
We have a monthly allowance of 800€/person which should be enough to cover rent and utilities, our maximum budget being 500€ for both of those. Our rent can also be guaranteed by our respective families.

We're respectful to our neighbours wellbeing and sleep, as well as of our living spaces. You'll get back a clean, preserved appartment and shall have no qualms with our neighbours.
We've all lived in flatshares before so we know the necessities and proper behaviour to respect each others' personnalitie and spaces.

We'd be interested in a zoom viewing of the apartment so we can introduce ourselves to you and have a look at your estate.
