Looking for a room :) - from October/November

Hello everyone :)

I'm Mark, a 25-year-old guy hailing from the enchanting island of Sardinia, Italy. While I'm Ukrainian by heritage, my family and I moved to Italy when I was young, making it my second home.

Professionally, I'm a Digital Marketing Specialist, with a specific focus on Paid Advertising across platforms like Google, Meta, Microsoft, and more. I'm fortunate to work for a digital agency based in sunny Sardinia, where I hold a full-time remote position. During the week, I dedicate 8 hours a day to my work, and I'm completely free on the weekends. My workspace is flexible, ranging from my cozy home to local cafes or shared co-working spaces.

Beyond my professional life, I have a strong passion for healthy eating, hitting the gym, and exploring the vibrant tapestry of the city. I adore the dynamic city vibe, people-watching, exploring museums, cycling through scenic routes, and even skateboarding. Staying active and enjoying various sports-related activities is a big part of who I am. In terms of personality, I'm a neat, tidy, quiet, and reserved individual.

Thanks to the flexibility of my job, I've decided to embark on a new adventure and relocate to Berlin, starting in October or November. I'm in search of a long-term room (at least 6 month) to make this transition as smooth as possible.
I don't need registration.

My budget for a room is up to €550-€600 per month, and while I currently speak Italian and English (I work in English because my clients are all international), I also know Ukrainian. However, I'm eager to learn German and immerse myself in the language and culture.

What I value most is building strong social relationships rather than just coexisting as flatmates, but I understand that this takes time to develop naturally :)
