Ich suche eine langfristige Wohnung und ein WG-Zimmer in Berlin.

Hallo zusammen,

mein Name ist Chenar, ich bin eine Künstlerin aus Berlin und suche eine langfristige Wohnung oder ein WG-Zimmer zur Miete. Ich habe ein Atelier in Pankow und möchte gerne so nah wie möglich in dieser Gegend wohnen (siehe Karte), da ich dort die meiste Zeit verbringe.

Ich bin sauber, ruhig und respektvoll, habe keine Haustiere und bin bis zu 10-12 Stunden am Tag außer Haus, daher benötige ich nichts sehr Großes, aber mindestens 1 Schlafzimmer oder ein Studio wäre bevorzugt.

Mein Budget liegt bei 500-700 Euro mit etwas Spielraum. Wenn Sie etwas Passendes verfügbar haben, würde ich mich freuen, wenn Sie es mir zusenden könnten.

My name is Chenar, I am an artist based in Berlin and I am looking for a long term apartment & shared Apartment rental. I have a workspace in Pankow and would like to move as close to this area as possible (see map) since I spend most of my time there.
I am clean, quiet and respectful with no pets and spend up to 10-12 hours per day out of my house so I do not need anything very big, but at least 1 bedroom or a studio is preferred.
