Looking for Temp 2nd Apartment in Berlin

I ([LinkedIn Profile](https://www.linkedin.com/in/rickl1/)) have spent most of my life in New Jersey before living in Manhattan for over 10 years. I am living now in München and my company, Kleinanzeigen GmbH, has recently opened an office in Charlottenburg, I plan to work from the new office 2/3 weeks each month.


Ideally, I am looking for a short-term (3 months) to mid-term (6-12 months) flat in or near Charlottenburg. I'm seeking a place that is quiet, clean, and respectful of others. While I have the flexibility to work from home some days, I'll be in the office most days. A location within walking distance to the office would be ideal, but I'm open to places that are within a 40-minute U/S Bahn commute. I will be splitting my time between Munich and Berlin for the next year to evaluate whether relocating to Berlin is a good idea.
