Looking for an awesome WG! :)

Hey hey awesome Berliners,


I’m Youssef, 26 years old from Egypt and I’ve been living in Berlin for 7 months. I currently study Computer Science at the TU (Master’s).

I did my Bachelors in Germany 2 years ago but had to go back to Egypt for a while. I lived in the same WG during my Bachelor’s so I have good experience when it comes to living with others. I believe the most important things in a WG are:

1) Of course keeping the place clean and being considerate of the people you’re living with

2) Enjoying a cup of coffee/dinner/night out together every now and then with your flat-mates or maybe even playing some sport/exercising together

3) Understanding when other people need their privacy and giving them their space

I’m not much of a party person, but I would never have a problem if we have people over.
I regularly play squash (hobby not pro) and sometimes jog and I would love to add hiking to the list.

I don’t smoke but I don’t mind living with people that do since I’m used to it. I cook 2-3 times a week and probably even less during exams.

I’m looking for a nice room in Berlin available for at least 6 months.

Ideally it should be close to TU but not necessarily. The room does not have to be furnished. Regarding financing, I have a Sperrkonto to cover my expenses for the coming year and I’m also working as a Data Scientist (Part Time)
