Suche ab 01.07.2024 ein WG Zimmer,

ich bin Marvin, 29, wohne seit 2,5 Jahren in Berlin und suche ab dem 01.07. eine neue coole WG/1-Zimmer Wohnung in zentraler Lage.
Am liebsten 1- max. 2 Mitbewohner. Da ich Vollzeit arbeite, bin ich einer berufstätigen WG nicht abgeneigt, aber auch für andere Konstellationen offen.
Am wichtigsten ist, dass es vom Vibe und menschlichen her passt.

Zu mir, ich bin ein sehr kommunikativer und aktiver Mensch mit einer Passion für (Berg-)sport, Coaching & persönliche Entwicklung und guten Cappuccino ☕🙌
In Berlin liebe ich es immer neue Orte, Activities und Menschen kennenzulernen.

Ich arbeite Vollzeit in einer renommierten Akademie für Leadership & Business Trainings 🤓📚 da ich mich super gerne mit dem Lernen und der Weiterentwicklung von Menschen auseinander setze.

In einer WG ist es mir wichtig, dass wir klare Absprachen haben und offen alle Bedürfnisse kommunizieren können. Ich mag es sehr ab und Abends zusammen zu kochen oder etwas gemeinsam unternehmen, wenn es passt. Für mich macht es die Mischung zwischen interaktivem WG-Leben und Zeit für mich selbst aus.
