TUB exchange phD students from China seeking long-term accommodation

My name is Pengqi Zhu, male, a chinese visiting phD student in TU Berlin. I come from Shanghai, China. I expect to arrive in Berlin around May 1, so I am looking for a long stay after that. My exchange is for one year, so the maximum rental period is 12 months. During this period, I will study at the Technical University of Berlin's Fourth Academy and the Fraunhofer Heinrich Hertz Institute.

I'm looking for a long-term residence with easy access to TUB. It can be a furnished shared WG or 1-room apartment. I want a total price of no more than €700 per month, private room size of more than 14 square meters, including kitchen and bathroom (shared or private). Since I am not in Germany at present, I would like to see the house online.

I have good habits, no pets, no smoking, no drinking, no partying. Since I haven't arrived in Berlin yet, I can't provide SCHUFA (request now) certificate for the time being. I can only provide scholarship support certificate to show my financial ability.

It's a pity that I can only speak a little German, so I need a english communication.
