Hey ihr Lieben,
ich heiße Laurenz (er/ihn) bin 24, studiere Stadtplanung an der TU und suche ab sofort eine neue WG für längerfristig, da sich meine aktuelle WG leider vertragsbedingt auflösen muss.

Mein Budget reicht bis 550 € und am liebsten würde ich etwas in Kreuzberg finden, aber eigentlich wäre ich einfach mega froh, etwas innerhalb des Rings zu finden.

Ich denke, ich bin ein aufgeschlossener, liebevoller und rücksichtsvoller Mensch und wünsche mir fürs Zusammenleben, dass euch ehrliche und offene Kommunikation auch wichtig ist.
Politik interessiert mich und ich quatsche gern über dies und das, bei einem gemeinsamen Kaffee oder was sonst so rumsteht. Apropos, ich habe gerne mal spontan oder geplant einen Brunch oder Feierabendbier zusammen und mag gemeinsame Kochabende auch voll gern.
Ansonsten find ichs schön, manchmal Sachen zusammen zu unternehmen wie Ausgehen, Sport machen, Filmabend oder so. Ich finds auch schön, wenn wir gemeinschaftlich einkaufen, zumindest teilweise, je nach Bedürfnissen. Auf Haushalt und Sauberkeit sollten wir selbstverständlich auch gemeinsam achten. Alles in allem suche ich eine WG, weil ich Lust auf Zusammenleben mit lieben Menschen habe und nicht so auf Zweck-WG oder nur weil es die Wohnungssituation in Berlin nahe legt, WGs zu bilden.

Ansonsten bin ich gerade noch manchmal mehr, manchmal weniger mit meinem Studium beschäftigt und arbeite zurzeit noch bei zwei Theatern am Einlass, hab aber Lust bald was anzufangen, das mich vielleicht ein bisschen mehr fordert. Im Sommer bin ich auch gerne viel draußen unterwegs, treffe Friends, bin in Bars oder tanzen. Ich machs mir aber auch gerne mal zuhause gemütlich, höre Musik oder schau vielleicht ne Doku.

Hey everyone,
My name is Laurenz (he/him), I'm 24, I'm studying urban planning at the TU and I'm looking for a new flat share for the longer term as my current flat share unfortunately has to be cancelled due to the contract.

My budget is 550 € and I would prefer to find something in Kreuzberg, but actually I’ld be really happy to find something within the Ring.

I think I'm an open-minded, lovely and considerate person and I hope that honest and open communication is also important to you when living together.
I'm interested in politics and I like chatting about this and that over a coffee or whatever else is around. Apropos, I like to have a spontaneous or planned brunch or a beer in the evening together and I also really like joint cooking sessions.
Apart from that, I like sometimes doing things together, like going out, doing sports, having a film night or something. I also like to have groceries communally organised, at least some of them, depending on our needs. Of course, we should also take care of the household and cleaning together. All in all, I'm looking for a flat share because I want to live together with lovely people and not just because the housing situation in Berlin makes it reasonable to form flat shares.

Furthermore, I'm sometimes more, sometimes less busy with my studies and I'm currently still working at two theatres at the entrance, but I'm keen to start something different soon that might challenge me a bit more. In summer, I also like to spend a lot of time outdoors, meeting friends, going to bars or dancing. But I also like to cosy up at home, listen to music or maybe watch a documentary.
