Room in Berlin ASAP!

Hello!

My name is Jesamie, I am a latex designer from the USA based here in Berlin looking for a long-term room ASAP. I will need a room with possible registration. My budget is 500€ / month. I am offering 500€ credit to my latex designs and will make something custom fit for you if you can successfully find me a room.

My native language is English, and I speak basic level German.

I am very clean and have never been late on rent. I spend a lot of time working and being with my friends, and I value some alone time to recharge from the social nature of my work. I don’t really have people over to my place very often. I’m used to living with others, and love to cook and will be happy to share. I’m also very handy and love to craft with my hands, so I’ll volunteer to assemble that IKEA furniture.

I am LGBTQ+, so a roommate who also is would be nice, but definitely not required. If you would like to get a coffee to see if we would be a good match, or if you’d like to team up and find something together, I am down. I just need to be housed ASAP!
