Austauschstudent sucht nach Wohnung! (April/Mai-Juli/August)

Hallo! Ich bin ein Austauschstudent an der FU aus Hongkong. Ich bin 21 Jahre alt, und studiere Physik. Da mein Mietvertrag mit dem Studentenwerk bald beenden wird, muss ich eine neue Wohnung suchen.
Ich bleibe in Berlin bis August, und mein Mietvertrag beendet am 30 April 2015, trotzdem muss ich nicht bis dann bleiben. Wenn es ein gutes Angebot gibt, kann ich sogar im März umziehen. Der neue Mietvertrag sollte zwischen Juli und August beenden.
Am besten wäre die monatliche Miete niedriger als 350 Euro, aber ich werde auch Angebote mit Mieten höher als 350 Euro überlegen. Das Alter, die Berufe und die Geschlechter von Mitbewohner/innen sind mir egal. Die Wohnung sollte sich nicht so weit von der Freien Universität befinden, aber nochmal, werde ich auch alle Angebote überlegen.
Es wäre schön, wenn meine Mietbewohner gut Deutsch sprechen, da ich mein Deutsch verbessern muss. Aber es wäre mir schön auch, in einer internationalen Wohnung zu wohnen, weil ich Sprachen und Kulturen lieben, und ich kann damit dies von meinen Mitbewohnern lernen.

Hello! I am an exchange student in FU Berlin from Hong Kong. I am 21 years old and my major study is physics. Because my rent contract with the Studentenwerk will be ending soon, I must find a new place to live.
I am be staying in Berlin until August, and my current rent contract ends on 30 April 2015. However I do not have to stay there until late April, and I can move out anytime I want. I want a new rent contract that last from March/April until late July/late August.
The monthly rent should not be lower than 350 Euro, however even when the rent is higher it is perfectly fine, I will also consider the offers. The ages, the professions and the genders of new flatmates do not matter. The flat should not be too far away from the Freie Universität Berlin, but again, I will still consider the offers with further positions.
It will be nice when my new flatmates can speak good German since I want to improve my German skills. But it will also be great if they are international, since I can learn new languages and contact with more cultures by living with them!
