24 (NICE PERSON) Management and Entrepreneurship male student

Hi people,
I'm Davide! I'm a 24 nice guy from Venice whom will spent his first year in Berlin studying Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

I have a long experience living in flat-share so odds that if you like easy going people with a lot of interests we will stay very good under the same roof. I've lived in flat-shares of two to even nine during my semester in Argentina, so I know how to share spaces.
I really have a lot of interest apart from my studies. I like to read on science, I try to keep my self in the best mental-physical shape meditating, running and hitting the gym occasionally. I do really like festivals and big parties. The best would be to share these things with my roommates, since I will be alone in Berlin, but only if you will be in the mood or if you share my interests. Obviously I need to have my private time so I will not bother you if you are in your room. I'm very respectful of other's spaces and things, so don't be afraid, you will not have a roommates trying to invade your privacy or your spaces.
I will busy on my studies and during the week I will need to behave in a very committed way, but I don’t dislike to have few drinks and experience the city. ( I'm looking forward to live the city's nightlife and his famous clubs)
I'm a smoker, so if you hate it I would need a place, like a balcony, to calm my cravings :)

I'm looking forward a nice room in a large space from September, preferably with two or more others people living there. The best would be the apartment has a big kitchen or living room where spend some time together to know each other, a balcony would be the top. I don't really like to live with people who are complete strangers.
Moreover I like to live in a clean and tidy house.
