I just graduated this spring from MIT in the US and will be studying at the Max Planck Institute for 6 months. I am currently in Berlin looking for housing - I can easily view the apartment and immediately pay cash. I would possibly be willing to rent a place for a shorter amount of time, but it absolutely needs to be available by August 1st. I am with my boyfriend who also just graduated university, and we would be sharing the room.
