I'm a 41 year old, young at heart, English musician who's been in Berlin for 4 years.
I have regular income. Can pay security deposit. I travel fairly often for my work so i'm often away. I also have a studio here in Berlin so i'm not making loads of noise at home.
I'm pretty tidy and know how to wash up. I'm friendly, respectful, sociable but also like my own space. Like to cook, drink wine, watch films, go out to eat, go cycling, swimming etc all quite normal things.
I don't have loads of stuff to move in. I'm here for the longterm.
I could move from beginning of August onwards.
