Austauschstudent (21) von NL sucht ein gemütliches WG

My name is Eric, I'm 21, and I'm a 2nd year bachelor's student of International Business at Hanzehogeschool in Groningen (NL). I'm originally from Dallas, Texas. I will be studying at HWR Berlin in September for a semester. Ideally I could rent a room starting in August, but starting in July is also ok.

A few details though: I'm looking for a WG with maximum 5 people in total. I'm open to all neighborhoods around Tiergarten, but prefer the southern areas.

Ideally, flatmates would be open to (occasionally) drinking a few beers at home together and maybe going to bars or clubs sometimes. Would be nice if you also like to sometimes attend events like the Berlin Kurzfilmfestival oder der Weihnachtsmarkt :)
Although I don't want to live in a WG where there is a big house party all the time.

I'm not looking for flatmates who are solely focused on their work/study and never want to stop and get to know people a little bit. Just want flatmates who are chill, aren't extremely messy, and aren't very loud after 01:00 during week nights (aber Freitag ist ok) :)
Obviously, I can't speak German right now, and probably will only be able to speak at A2 or maayyybe B1 (maximum) by the end of my semester. I don't care if your English is not so good, just ok, or great. I simply want to be able to communicate with you a bit...and maybe I will try in Deutsch eventually :D
