Finding a share-flat in Berlin

I am 23 and I come from Hong Kong

I am going to Berlin and start my working holiday on November 5, and now I am searching any suitable shareflat or 1 room flat in Berlin in upcoming months (at least 6 months). And below is my short introduce of myself

I am Billy, come from Hong Kong
The reason I travel German because I like the foods and biers also the architecture since I was in high school.
I work as account clerk in Hong Kong in past 2-3 years, and it should be available for me pay the rent (or live) for a whole year even I can't find a job.
I speak cantonese, putonghua, English and also a bit german (finished A1 level in Geothe Institute)
My hobby are playing sport and music, travelling, making dessert and playing smart phone
I also learn first aids ( st. John) and I can cook

After My introduction, here is my standard for the flat that I am searching
- better Below 500 Euro
- It should be "Warmmiete"
- I can watch the flat with live steaming application (e.g Skype, Facebook)
- Anmeldung is available
- I can pay you on the day signing contract ( not accept Telegraphic Transfer)
