Looking for comfortable place in Berlin

Hello,

I have moved from London to Berlin where I can explore central Europe and enjoy the life style Berlin has to offer. I work freelance between London and Europe making Berlin ideal location. In my spare time I play violin, dance contemporary Zouk and enjoy writing.

I do not smoke, I enjoy evening meals with company, and talking arts, culture, politics. I am learning German, can speak a reasonable Spanish, and I am good at helping others to improve their English. A clean house is always better than a dirty one, and sociable is preferable.

I like rustic, green areas and water. So somewhere with a garden, lake, river nearby is always a plus. A good size room is more on my wants list. I enjoy yoga and space to feel comfortable for writing and playing violin without feeling cramped.

I am easy going and considerate to those around me, pets are also fine.
