I'm looking for a WG to stay in Berlin

I'm looking for a WG to stay long-term. I hope to find a place in Neukolln, Kreuzberg, Moabit or Wedding, o or anyplace well connected via U-Bahn to Gesundbrunnen, and hopefully a warm miete. I'm working as a content manager for homify since last week.

I'm 30 years old. I come from Peru, speak english, french and some german, I'm willing to learn and master it as soon as possible. I'm easygoing, funny and talkative. I spend my time reading stuff or writing. I can cook and enjoy it, and I am usually in a good mood. I also play guitar and listen to a lot of music, but I tend not to make a lot of noise with it.

I smoke, but respect non smoking spaces and always do it in the kitchen or outside, never in my room or anywhere I bother. I adapt very easily to new people or situations.
