Höflicher Amerikaner auf der Suche nach einem Zimmer

Hallo!

Ich bin Aaron, ein Amerikaner, 28 Jahre alt, Magisterstudent an FU (Anglistik), und ein sehr freundlicher, netter, unkomplizierter Mitbewohner.

Ich suche eine bescheidene, angenehme WG mit freundlichen Menschen. Wo is nicht sehr wichtig. Ich wohne schon ziemlich weit von der Universität. Eine kleine Größe passt mir gut. Möbliert? Hoffentlich, aber ich bin sehr offen. Gutes Internet ist wichtig.

Ich spreche Englisch und Französisch, und mein Deutsch sich verbessert nach und nach.

Ich lese und schreibe gern –– auch gern gehe ich aus, wenn das Gefühl recht ist. Bisher, beruflich habe ich Englischlehrer gewesen, ein wandernder, reisender Lehrer. Ich liebe zu reisen. Jetzt arbeite ich –– um meine Studien herum –– als Privatlehrer.

Ich bin hier, in Berlin, für mein Studium natürlich, aber auch einfach für vielerlei lebhafte Erfahrungen. Und um Deutsch besser zu kennen, als lese ich viele Deutsche Verfasser.

Pardon my German. I speak it happily, if not well, and I'm getting a little better every day. I speak French too, if you fancy.

I'm looking for a situation from 3 months up to a year, and I am not picky about the particulars. I can accept and adapt. Mainly, I just need decent internet, cleanliness, friendliness, and the assurance of being able to come back home to a nice, relatively quiet space. I will be super busy with classes and work, and if I'm looking to have fun, it will be outside of the apartment. I can promise you the utmost consideration and respect.

My hobbies are quiet hobbies: reading, writing, things involving headphones. I do enjoy cooking, but do not usually embark on any huge complicated recipes owing to lack of time. I eat simple and clean up after myself. I am not a smoker, and have no pets.

You will see that I have not specified many things in the various categories –– I am open to all kinds of situations. The intangibles are more important.
