working professional is looking for to rent a room

Hi I am a German born and raised 34 year old Graphic designer. I have no kids or pets and I also don't play an instrument (sounds almost boring :P) . I was working overseas for the last few years. Ideally I am looking for a place in an existing flat share or 1 bed room apartment form the middle of September till the end of 2017. There is a possibility that I plan to extend my stay.
I am friendly and easy going. I am quite busy during weekdays, so you will barley notice I am there. I am happy to hang out and go for drinks or other activities if we get along :) You wont find a "Schufa (request now) " Entry under my name and I also can pay up front if the financial part is a concern;)
