Halloooo!!

Ich kann beide Deutsch und Englisch, aber möchte ich die reste folgende Vorstellung auf Englische schreiben, weil es viel besser ist, um mein Selbst vorzustellen.
------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hey there! Just call me Mike!

I'm 29 years old and coming to Berlin on 21. Sep. 2017 for my master courses at IUBH School of Business and Management. I am South Korean - Don't worry. No war! - I can speak both German and English. The reason why I write this in English is that I might somehow write in German awkward.

Currently I am still waiting for a room at dormitories but it seems that it's not gonna happen, so I decided to move in to WG.

It would be great if your offer is nearby the station of Jannowitzbrücke, but actually it doesn't matter where it is, unless the one-way trip is not longer than 45 minutes. This time is not my first experience in Berlin, I lived in Berlin for 1 year (2010~2011) so I do understand the life in WG well.

I also have lived with ladies as well without any single of troubles so a gender-mixed WG is not a big deal for me. I follow rules already settled and ask every members before I do something (e.g. cooking some Korean dishes)

I love animals, especially if you have a dog, let me enter that heaven! I had a dog, who already passed away 7 years ago. I still miss him.

I am a smoker, but I do NOT smoke inside the building. I know it's uncomfortable for non-smokers, and understand that the smell is not acceptable even for smokers as well. I definitely go outside for a smoke, and will not throw the butt anywhere. Not to mention, I always try my best to get rid of any smell after smoking. Actually, I am trying to quit it and I feel like I can make it within this year!

I participate in House chores, and I always stay clean in my room. I also cook, but not that salty enough because of my family medical history. Anyway, I join whatever we decided to do together. This is the basic one for a community life, isn't it?

I like WG-Party, but I don't like Party-WG. I wish that the flat would be rather quiet and not in always-loud mood. I won't make any noise in the mid-night as well. I also don't drink too much, only ONE BEER is enough..! Really! Just give me a bottle of beer, then you will see a sleeping dead ;)

I would be great if I can be benefited to practice my German skill. If you have any member who studies Korean-studies at FU, you would have a right flatmate! I have Tandem experience with FU students.

Since I am right now in Korea, so it would be great if we skype-video chat so that we can get to know each other. Just let me know whenever you are available. Three is 7 Hours time difference between Korean and Germany, but I will try to meet your time appointment.

With best regards from safe S. Korea,
Mike.
