Long term flatshare from Feb.1st

Hello everybody!
My name is Victor. I'm a spanish guy who moved to Berlin 3 months ago. I love this city, I have a great job BUT I have to leave the apartment I'm staying in at the moment in February and I need a new one for, at least, one year.

About me: I'm 23 yo and I come from Madrid, Spain. I work in Houzz, a really cool Home Design web that you should check if you don't know. I've studied Journalism and Filmmaking, so movies, tv shows are kind of my hobbies. I also love music (I want to start a music blog with some friends), arts and, you know, cultural stuff.

At home: I consider myself a really organized person. I've been living with flatshares for the last 6 years and never had a problem with any of them. I actually don't like spending that much time at home. I love afterwork drinks and nice walks (tho this weather doens't make this pleasant). When I'm home I like to spend time with my flatmates, have some beers, cook together, complain about our jobs or love life. Even watching a good movie would be really good. Otherwise, I also like to have time for myself, so I won't be an attention whore 24/7.

Requires: I can't pay more than 500€/moth and I need to sign an Anmeldung. Any location is ok, tho the closest to Alexanderplatz (where my office is), the better. I'm looking for openminded people, who likes to have fun, but not party monsters. I like sleeping too.

I love: animals, sunny days, going to the movies and galleries, people I can learn new stuff from.
I hate: sexism, homophobia, racism (so cliché, but actually, it's important). And people who don't wash their disses.
