Hello,
I am Danique (25) from the Netherlands. I am looking for a WG-room in Friedrichshain/Kreuzberg/Neukölln, max: €500 inclusive. I work fulltime so I don't party every evening but in the weekends I like to go out for a party, explore Berlin or just chill and have some drinks. I am open-minded and easygoing. I would like to live together with roommates who are also easygoing and would like to hangout sometimes but also respect eachothers privacy.
Currently I live in an one-room-apartment in Prenzlauerberg 6 minutes walking from the s- and u-bahn Schonhauser Allee. Mauerpark is just 10 minutes by bike.
The kaltmiete is €611. I will leave some of my furniture in the apartment (couch, table, waschingmachine, cooking stuff). You can take this over for an good price.
