Searching a home in Berlin / Sucht nach einem Zuhause in Berlin

Hello! My name is Faith, a 25 year old Canadian girl who has been in Berlin since January. I finished my internship and now I have a full-time job starting September near Kochstraße, so I need to find a new place to stay, as I was in a short-term apartment previously. I speak English, French and German (B2).

I am not picky about the area where I will live, as long as there are good connections to Mitte, where I will work. Registration should be possible.

After work, I like to meet up with friends and sit in a park, or if I'm feeling motivated (it happens sometimes) I go to the gym. I also like to read, travel, and enjoy Berlin day and night. I don't smoke or plan on partying in the apartment.

I hope to have a somewhat social apartment, where we can talk together and sometimes do things together if we feel like it. Most important thing is that we could get along and have the feeling of living among friends rather than strangers.

Hallo mein Name ist Faith, eine 25-jährige Kanadierin, die seit Januar in Berlin wohnt. Ich habe mein Praktikum absolviert und arbeite nun Vollzeit ab September in der Nähe der Kochstraße. Ich brauche also ein Zuhause, das nicht so weit entfernt liegt. Meine jetztige Mietvertrag endet am Ende des Montas, bin aber ab 01.09 wieder in Berlin. Ich spreche Englisch, Französisch (C1), und Deutsch (B2).

Der Stadtteil ist mir eigentlich egal, sobald ich innerhalb von 20/30min zur Arbeit fahren kann. Anmeldung sollte möglich sein.

Nach der Arbeit treffe ich mich oft mit Freunden und sitze halt im Park oder wenn ich motiviert bin (passiert manchmal) gehe ich ins Fitness-Studio. I lese auch gern und reise viel. Ich genieße Berlin Tag und Nacht. Ich rauche nicht und werde auch nicht in der Wohnung feiern.

Ich hätte kein Interesse an einer Zweck-WG und möchte auch etwas mit meinen Mitbewohnern unternehmen, sollte die Lust auch da sein. Mir ist es nur wichtig, dass wir klar miteinander kommen und das Gefühl haben, dass man mit Freunden lebt und keinen Fremden.
