Nette KHB Studentin sucht WG-Zimmer/Wohnung ab Januar in Berlin

Hallo!

Ich bin Youran Song, 22, Nicht-Raucher. Ich komme aus Shanghai, China, seit September wohne ich in Berlin, um ein Bachelor an der Kunsthochschule Berlin Weißensee zu machen. Ich suche nach Unterkunft ab 1. Januar, 2019, aber wäre es ja auch gut wenn ich sofort einziehen kann.

Ein Zimmer in der WG oder eine Wohnung würde ich beide gerne nehmen, solange es Anmeldungsmöglichkeit gibt. Generell wenn es ums WG-Leben geht, bin ich sehr entspannt, ordentlich und gesellig. Ich wohne momentan in einer WG zur zweit mit Katzen und es gefällt mir so, Mitbewohnerin zu haben und Tiere dabei. Zusammen kochen/chillen/ein Bierchen haben ist sehr schön. Wenn ich in meinem Zimmer bin, bin ich ruhig und ich respektiere die Privatsphäre der Mitbewohner/innen.

Bitte schreib mir einfach eine Email wenn du mehr über mich erfahren möchtest! Am Wochenende kann ich jederzeit eine Besichtigung machen, am Montag und Dienstag habe ich auch vormittags frei. Ich warte auf deine Anfrage :)

My name is Youran Song, 22, non-smoker. I come from Shanghai, China and moved to Berlin in September for my Bachelor at Kunsthochschule Berlin Weißensee. I'm looking for a room from 1. Januar, 2019, but it will be great if I can move in immediately.

It doesn't matter whether it's a room in a WG or an apartment, as long as I get to register. When it comes to living in a shared flat, I'm always friendly, tidy and negotiable. I'm currently living in a shared flat with another girl and two cats, and it's a wonderful thing to have flatmates and pets to make it feels like home. I would love to cook/chill/have a beer or wine together. I'm quiet when I'm in my room by myself, and respects the privacy of my flatmates.

Please just write me an email right away if you're interested! I can always drop by on weekends, and I have time on Monday and Tuesday before noon as well. I'm looking forward to your response :)
