Hi! I am looking for a room 5-6 nights per month during the academic year as I live in Vienna but will be coming to Berlin to teach at University. Normally I will need the room on Monday night and sometimes on Tuesday. I already would be able to tell you quite exactly for the next coming 3 months when I would need the room. I will use the room only for sleeping as will spend all the day at the office. The most important thing is that the apartment is quiet at night.
About me: I am italian, I teach economics and work on international development, I am 43 year old and don't smoke. I don't speak German (I speak italian, spanish, french and portuguese in addition to english).
