Looking for a room 1/10 (October) - 20/02 (February)

Hi! My name is Daniele, nice to meet you :)
I am a graduating student of Master Architecture's degree from
Polytechnic of Turin, a nice city in the North of Italy.

I have recently moved in Berlin and at the moment I'm living in a room near Hauptbahnhof Central Station. I'm looking for a room where to stay from the 1st of October untill the end of February because I'm doing my master's degree thesis at Technische Universität Berlin (TU Berlin).

I have already been in Berlin twice before, and I chose this city for the topic of my thesis because I just love it for the open mentality of the people and because it gives me so much inspiration for my creativity.

I'm 25 years old, and I could describe my self as a very sociable and outgoing person. Empathy, kindness and respect are the things that I appreciate mostly in a person, and I believe I have all these features. I love doing sports, hanging out meeting new people, and all kind of arts and music (I'm a photographer too, if you want to see my works my name is danfer.photos on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/danfer.photos/?hl=it). I have level C1 of English and Spanish, since I spent 6 months in Spain last year, and now I have just started to study German too.

I'm a super open-minded person, and I hope to find some flatmates who would make this experience special, becoming part of it. So having a beer/wine or a chat is always completely welcome with me :) but I'm fine to have our privacy too when we need it.

As a flatmate, I would be very clean and organised. I always ensure I complete house tasks and take care of the property I am in. I have rented flats for 2 years without any issues from any landlords. Moreover, in Spain and in Italy I was the cook of the flat, because I like cooking my specialities for people!

Finally, I have a fellowship from the university of Turin, so payments won't be a problem for me.
