Looking for calm&no party room from october on

Hello there,

I'm a composer, double bass player and painter (28y). I will be studying master's degree in Universität der Künste Berlin starting from 1st October. And planning to move to flat at 1st of October.

I'm extremely clean, quite and tidy person. I do not work at home (music and painting) and I like spending my time by reading and relaxing in the flat. I can cook traditional Anatolian/Mediterranean and Aegean foods. And I like sharing my food :) I will both work and study in Berlin so not much time in the flat just eat and rest. I also play tennis couple of times a week and go for running as much as possible.
