Just graduated working architect is looking for a flatshare, September/October 2020 - September 2021

I am 24 y.o., from Ukraine, have been living in Germany for two years now. Recently I’ve been graduated from Anhalt University with a master's degree in architecture and urbanism. In September I start working in an office in Berlin which is situated on Christburger Straße, which is why I would prefer to have my new home within a 5-kilometer radius from there. I will also need Anmeldung. Ideally, I would make an accommodation contract 1 year long as well as my job contract is, with the possibility to prolong it.

I am an easy-going calm person. As I am going to spend a lot of time in the office, I am looking for a quiet and cozy place to which I would be happy to come back every evening. When I am home I spend most of the time in front of a screen creating, watching, reading, or playing. I enjoy the silence, so I will never be making any noise. Also, I love to cook, so I will need a kitchen with a stove. I speak fluently English, French, Russian, and Ukrainian, and currently am learning German very intensively. As a tenant, I can guarantee to keep a property perfectly clean and orderly – I am a bit sick on it.
