WG / Wohung ab sofort gesucht (:

Hi zusammen,

momentan bin ich auf der Suche nach einer entspannten WG oder einer eigenen Wohnung. Da ich noch in Würzburg wohne, gestaltet sich die Suche auf Distanz etwas schwierig und ich dachte mir, eine befristete Lösung zum Übergang wäre eine gute Alternative. Bzgl. Ein- und Auszugsdatum bin ich flexibel.

Ich bin 30 Jahre alt und arbeite freiberuflich im Online Marketing. Ich würde mich als aufgeschlossenen, ruhigen, spontanen und entspannten Menschen beschreiben. Meine Interessen sind vielfältige, definitiv vorhanden ist eine Leidenschaft für gutes Essen, Kunst, Musik und Tiere (außer Spinnen - aber vielleicht kannst du sie für mich rausbringen) (:
Ein rücksichtsvoller und freundlicher Umgang ist für mich besonders wichtig. Ich lerne gerne neue Leute kennen und schließe mich bestimmt gerne an, wenn ihr unterwegs seid. Ich brauche aber auch immer mal Zeit für mich und kann somit jederzeit sehr gut verstehen, wenn es dir genauso geht.

Ich suche nach einer gemütlichen Bleibe mit gute BVG Anbindung und einer angenehmen Wohnatmosphäre. Wenn es eine WG ist, wäre es super, ab und an zusammen zu chillen, etwas zu unternehmen oder einfach nur gute Gespräche zu führen. Falls wir doch nichts gemeinsam haben, freue ich mich trotzdem, mehr über deine Interessen zu erfahren. Man lernt ja nie aus (:

Ich lebe gerne in einer sauberen Umgebung, habe aber bestimmt keinen Putzfimmel - ich denke es ist eine gesunde, ausgewogenen Mischung. Da ich unter der Woche arbeite, bin ich nicht an regelmäßigen Partys zuhause interessiert - ich finde es sowieso besser woanders zu feiern, dann müssen wir danach nicht immer alles putzen und aufräumen. ;)
Entspannte chill-out sessions mit meinen neuen roomies und Freunden sind allerdings jederzeit willkommen.

Right now I am looking for a room in a shared flat with relaxed roomies or an own apartment. As I am still living in Würzburg the distant search in Berlin is not that easy. Therefore I decided that a temporary rent could be a good alternative. The move-in / move-out date is flexible for me.

I am 30 years old and work as a freelancer in online marketing. I would describe myself as open-minded, calm, spontaneous and easy-going person with versatile interests and a passion for food, art, music and animals (except spiders - but maybe you could carry them out for me) (:
For me a considerate and kind attitude is essential. I like meeting new people and would def join you going out ocassionally but also need some me-time, too. So of course I respect your need of personal retreat at anytime as well.

I am looking for a nice place to stay with a good BVG connection and a pleasant atmosphere. If it is a shared flat it would be great to hang out sometimes having fun or talking about mutual interests - if there is nothing in common, maybe it could still be interesting to learn more about yours. ;)

I like to have a clean surronding but I am surely not a cleaning maniac - so I guess it's a healthy and well-balanced ratio.
As I am working during the week, no parties at home on a regular basis - I rather prefer going out or having parties elsewhere anyway so that we do not have to clean every time ;) Some relaxed chill-out sessions with my new lovely roomies and friends are always welcome of course.
