Looking for a room Help

I am an Argentinean who is living in Berlin since November, I studied bussines managment in Argentina and Marketing in Copenhagen.
I need a room from the begining of april WITH ANMELDUNG. Please I will need to see the room, so If for any reason you are not able to show it do not contact. I am having problems with the water in the place where I am now
I am a sociable and funny person, I am clean, not obsesive but I like to live in a clean place, I like football music and other sports, I enjoy a good talk as much as a good coffe. I travelled in many countries so I have some funny stories to tell
I do not speak german but I am trying to learn, also I undersatnd a bit Italian. If you speak other language I can make an effort to understand and learn it.
I would like to live in an apartment close to the city center.
I am loking for a lace where we can enjoy eachothers comany and also have privacy when it´s required.
I need the possibility to register the Anmeldung.
To any apartment I would like to met the perso and the place first to see if we have good conection.
