WG rooms from summer 2025 WG-Zimmer ab Sommer 2025

Hello dear people,

I am looking for a new WG room from summer (2025). After a very beautiful and long time in my current WG, I am now looking for a new beautiful place to live. Important to me is a secured rental ratio (no intermediate rental, no sub-rental rental, with registration). I don't have to get out of my current room urgently and I'm a bit flexible in time, so it's important to me that it's all right in between.
Since November, I have been working as a social worker and I am looking for roommates who are not at the beginning of a first study or are already working.

Otherwise I am very happy to travel with loved ones, like spending time in nature and cook very much (vegan). I am always looking for new beautiful places in Berlin, going to the cinema, exhibitions, cafes and bookshops:)

A respectful and open approach to the WG is important to me and that everyone can feel comfortable because living for me must also be a place of rest and a place of well-being. It would be important to me to have a common relationship but nevertheless the possibility to withdraw at any time.
I would like to share food with roommates and value that there is a certain basic amount of cleanliness.

Hallo liebe Menschen,

ich suche ab Sommer (2025) ein neues WG-Zimmer. Nach einer sehr schönen und langen Zeit in meiner jetzigen WG bin ich nun auf der Suche nach einem neuen schönen Ort zum Wohnen. Wichtig ist mir ein gesichertes Mietverhältnis (keine Zwischenmiete, ungern Untermiete, mit Anmeldung). Ich muss nicht dringend aus meinem aktuellen Zimmer ausziehen und bin somit zeitlich etwas flexibel, mir es wichtig, dass es vor Allem zwischenmenschlich gut passt.
Seit November arbeite ich als Sozialarbeiterin und bin auf der suche nach Mitbewohner*innen, die nicht erst am Anfang eines ersten Studiums stehen oder ebenfalls schon berufstätig sind.

Ansonsten bin ich sehr gerne mit lieben Menschen unterwegs, verbringe gerne Zeit in der Natur und koche sehr gerne (vegan). Ich bin immer auf der Suche nach neuen schönen Orten in Berlin, gehe gerne ins Kino, Ausstellungen, Cafes und Buchläden:)

Mir ist ein respektvoller und offener Umgang in der WG wichtig und dass jede*r sich wohlfühlen kann, da Wohnen für mich auch ein Ruheort und Wohlfühlort sein muss. Mir wäre es wichtig, ein gemeinsames Miteinander zu haben aber trotzdem die Möglichkeit, sich jederzeit zurückziehen zu können.
Gerne teile ich Lebensmittel mit Mitbewohner*innen und lege Wert darauf, dass ein gewisses Grundmaß an Sauberkeit gibt.
