Young Finn-Swiss working professional - Sucht nettes WG ab Oktober/November

My name is Sebastian, 24yr old retail professional. I am moving to Berlin for a job in a retail company beginning or mid-October and am looking for a short/medium/long-time room or apartment (I have a one year contract to begin with), preferably in the city center. The starting date is definitely negotiable, as I am looking for a good apartment and something that works for me and the landlord Anmeldung should be possible and but is that possible in this apartment?
Hi all!

I have studied a master's degree in Business in and have before worked 2,5 half years as a Product Manager at another retail company. I'm a social guy who loves to interact with people and my free-time goes in hanging out with my friends and my way too many sports hobbies. Therefore, hanging out with roommates and doing some activities together is an interest of mine as well. I'm also half Swiss, so I speak German as well.

I own my also own my own apartment here in Helsinki where I am moving from and I am a person who always takes good care of the apartment and furniture

Ich heisse Sebastian und bin 24-Jahre alt. Ich ziehe nach Berlin wegen meiner Arbeit in einer Retail firma anfang oder mitte Oktober und suche eine lang- oder kurzfristige Wohnung/Zimmer. Anmeldung soll möglich sein.

Ich habe BWL in Aalto Universität in Helsinki studiert und gleichzeitig als Product Manager in einem Retail unternehmen gearbeitet. Ich bin eine soziale Person, der viele verschieden sportarten treibt und gerne mit Freunden (und roommates) in der Freizeit Zeit verbringt. Ich bin halb-Schweizer und halb-Finne und rede deshalb auch Deutsch.

Ich besitze eine eigene Wohnung in Helsinki von wo ich umziehen werde und bin eine person der sich immer sehr gut um die Wohnung und Möbel kümmert.
