31-year-old Italian-Aussie from Russia needs room for 1-2 months

I have fled my home in Russia due to the war and am rebuilding my life in Berlin. I am an artist, violinist, gamer, a great cook, a vegetarian, a linguistics-industry freelancer and possibly your new flat mate.

I lived in Saint Petersburg, Russia for six years before the war began. Due to wartime being a good indicator for utter unpredictability, it became necessary to leave immediately, as some things are indeed worse than death.

I love languages: I speak fluent Russian and a little bit of Japanese. Learning German at the moment. I love to talk about life and grammar functions of any language.

Like all Australians, I’m great to get a drink with and will speak to perfect strangers as if they are my closest friends. Like all Italians, I have a passion for good food and cooking. Russia has rubbed off on me too: I live and let live, and lend a hand when needed.

Right now I need to rebuild my life by finding permanent living somewhere in the city whilst living with you, and also dealing with residency etc. for long-term stay in Germany.

In the home: I am an advocate for cleanliness and self-care, I am as quiet or as loud as you need me to be, I’m always up for a laugh. I’d love to get a tea or a drink with you so we can get to know each other. My partying days are behind me insofar as I do not seek them out, but maybe I would join one if it were accessible and already happening.

I would like a room larger than 15m^2 and it must be furnished and with a desk (so that I can work). I will need Anmeldung.
Inner ring or near it is preferred. I am staying with a friend in Warsaw at the moment but I arrive in Berlin later this week and would love to meet you.
