Room wanted from June onwards

Hallo, Leute!
Now that I have your attention, I don’t speak any German at all but I do speak 3 languages (Spanish, English and Portuguese).
I’m looking for a place to stay long term, preferably where registration is possible and there’s a dog but I’m fine if neither of these is available as long as it’s 5+ months. Also, I’d love to meet cool people so sharing meals and time should be somewhat common.
I’m Federico, I came from Uruguay over 2 months ago and I’m currently doing a working holiday visa. I love sports, especially basketball, which I played for 10+ years, and acrobatics, which I did when I was younger and in 2020.
In my country, I was an English teacher and I also studied communication (I took a break from uni this year but I’m close to getting my bachelor's, so I still might take a few online subjects tho).
I work as a rider for the moment until I find something related to teaching or communication.
At last, I’ve made a list of pros and cons of having me move to your place:
+ I’m very chatty and simple
+ I can help you improve your English if you want
+ I’m respectful and I’m used to living with more people
+/- I’m clean and organized overall but I need to improve my cleaning skills
+/- My cooking skills are decent
+/- I go out frequently, you decide whether that’s good or bad but we can discuss some rules about it. I’m fully vaccinated btw.
- I don’t speak any German at all
- I eat and shower late according to German routines (around 10 pm)
- I’m a bit grumpy in the mornings, I need some time to mentally wake up
