Ich bin frisch vor einem Monat in Berlin gelandet mit einem neuen Job (Sales Start up, unbefristeten Arbeitsvertrag) und bin jetzt auf der Wohnungssuche. Ich bin 24, Amerikaner, und wollte seit meinem ersten Austauschjahr (Rotary) in Berlin (2013-2014) immer wieder herziehen.
