Looking for a room for 6+ months in Berlin

Hallo!
My name is Aleksandr. I am from Russia. When Russia invaded Ukraine in February, I decided to leave the country, so I have been living in Istanbul since March. Now I found an internship in Berlin and will go there in July.
I am looking for a room with nice neighbours for 6 months, maybe longer. City part doesn't really matter, but U-Bahn nearby is desired. I will also need Anmeldung.
I am a quiet and calm person and like spending time by myself, although I enjoy having interesting conversations with people and long walks around the city. I am hoping to work in the office, but even when I am at home, I am quiet and won't bother you at all.
I have a great experience of living in communal spaces since childhood, so I am quite used to that :)
I don't mind if you smoke, or like having a gathering sometimes, or have a pet. The most important thing for me is that we communicate transparently and respect each other's boundaries.
I will mostly eat at home. I prefer vegetarian food, but I am not strict. I separated waste in Russia and am familiar with the basics. I don't drink and don't smoke, but don't mind if you do

As for more personal information, I grew up in Siberia, northern Russia. Then I studied management in Saint Petersburg, and then sociology in Moscow. I'm studying my Masters in social research kinda online and am interested in quantitative methods and prejudice.
I can play piano a little bit and will be happy if your apartment has one :) I like reading and watching movies or TV shows. I am a huge Doctor Who fan! And I also like cats and will be happy if you have one
I speak English fluently and German A2-B1. And native Russian :)
More than LGBT+ friendly and in general consider myself an open-minded person
