Looking for a lovely room from end of july

Hey. I'm Leonard, 26years old and from Slovakia.

I'm a professional ballet dancer and from August 1st I will start working for Friedrichstadt Palast. I used to live short-term in Berlin in the past so it already feels like home. I would love to find some cozy place with good energy that could become my sanctuary and grounding point.

i'm very clean, disciplined, easygoing, responsible, kind, respectful, polite, organized. besides work I spend time at the gym, in the nature, with friends. I love arts, yoga, meeting new people, good coffee, books, music,...

When it comes to location, I would like to stay somewhere close to the theatre or somewhere where it’s directly well connected.
