Hello!

My name is Esin and I am a 28-year old cat mother. I have been working as an aerospace engineer for more than 3 years in Ankara, Turkey. This summer the Freie Universitat admitted me to my dream master program: “Planetary Sciences and Space Exploration”. I am so excited to come to Berlin around mid-November and I am looking for a place.

Speaking of me: I am from Turkey and I speak Turkish, English and some German. One thrilling thing about this master is that I can improve my German skills, for that I am also looking for a part-time engineering job.

When it comes to the hobbies, I am open to try new things. For instance, last year I started playing piano and this year I took some tango classes. During the university years, I have played tennis and learned a little sign language. My long-time hobbies are indulging in books, digging into etymology, learning new languages and cultures, knitting, and sometimes playing video games (huge Bioshock and Half Life fan!) . I also like cooking and sharing the food. My recent hobby is yoga. Besides all these, I have a keen interest in space and I try to keep up with the news about it. As far as I am concerned, there are lots of things to learn, movies to watch, books to read and places to see.

About my social life: I am very approachable and I like having fun talks with my friends. I am excited to meet new people and explore this new city together.

A little more about my daily life: I care about the tidiness, hygiene and I like my life in order. For me taking responsibility about house works is essential. I do not smoke and I get along with pets (currently I have a Siamese kitten but unfortunately I’ll leave her in Turkey). I am respectful for the personal space and I pay attention not to make loud noises.

As mentioned above I have a kitten at home (she is my Cookie girl ^^) and I also get along with stray dogs. Actually I take care of one of them near my house. We have been living together for more than 10 years :) So, having the pets around me causes no problem. Actually I would be very happy to have them around me.
