Suche nach langfristiger Wohnung

Hola, ich heiße Arad und bin ein Masterstudent an der TU Berlin. Ich suche einen neuen Ort, den ich mein Zuhause nennen kann. Mir ist bewusst dass du als Wohnungsanbieter Tausende Optionen hast, aber ich bin der Einzige, der den besten Hummus ever zur Besichtigung mitbringen würde. Denk mal daran ;)

Über meinen Lebensstil: Student, Bastler und Menschenliebhaber. Ich habe eine Leidenschaft für das Erschaffen und liebe es, an meinen Projekten zu arbeiten. Gerade arbeite ich an einem Gerät, das mir ein High-Five gibt, wenn ich aufwache und bevor ich meine Zähne putze. Ich finde das so süß wie und es wird mich sicher jeden Morgen zum Lächeln bringen :) Nachts entweder lerne ich oder entspanne mich in einer Bar (obwohl zwischen uns, lerne ich meistens). Ich gehe gerne aus, ich liebe es, mich mit Leuten zu treffen und ihre Geschichten hören. Bücher sind toll, aber Menschen sind genau so interessant.

Über mich als Mieter: Du kannst dich auf mich verlassen. Ich arbeite Teilzeit an meiner Universität und erhalte bei Bedarf finanzielle Unterstützung von meiner Familie (und ich bin ihnen und dem Universum dafür sehr dankbar). Ich habe alle notwendigen Unterlagen verfügbar und kann je nach Situation sofort oder später einziehen.

Hola, my name is Arad and I am a master student at TU Berlin. I'm looking for a new place to call home. I know that as a landlord you have countless options, but I am the only one who would bring the best hummus ever to the viewing. Think about that ;)

About my life style: Student, maker and people-lover. I have a passion for creating and I love working on my projects. Right now I'm working on a device that will give me a high five after I wake up and before I brush my teeth. I find it cute and it's sure to make me smile every morning :) At night, I'm either studying or relaxing in a bar (though between us, mostly studying). I love going out, meeting people, and hearing their stories. Books are great, but people are just as interesting.

About me as a tenant: You can rely on me. I work part-time at my university and receive financial support from my family as needed (and I'm very thankful for that to them and to the universe). I have all the necessary documents readily available and can move in immediately or at a later date, depending on the situation.
