Hi I’m Japanese men 40y old . I’m looking for the WG where is from 1st October 2023 or around that moment .
I don’t know yet how long will I stay the place but will stay 6month at lease .
I already living in Berlin for 8years so I speak German altos , Not big problem for conversation on German however , still Englich better to talk .
Anyway, I have decided that I’m gonna back to Japan completely then would like to enjoy last Berlin life for few month . It would be nice that flexible term Short till long .

Max Rent 500€( not including Nachzahlung )
Very quiet place ( not often party )
No crazy neighbor ( because my current place has crazy neighbor )
Not many flat mate ( my wish is two Peaple including me )
Im not unfriendly person but most of the time I stay at room , I really like to be alone .
