Looking for an uncomplicated WG or Studio

Hi!

I’m Nehal, a 29-year-old journalist at Deutsche Welle. I’m looking for a long-term WG or studio from May 1st onwards.

I've lived in Germany for the past 7 years and am very familiar with how things work. I'm responsible, tidy, not a smoker. Ich kann auch Deutsch. I love road trips, camping and second-hand bookstores. In a WG, it’s important to me that at least common spaces (like the kitchen and washroom) remain clean. I like to live with people who are positive, chill and friendly, but also like to give each other some space.

The maximum Warmmiete for me would be 750,00 Euros. Preferably somewhere between 500 and 700.

Areas of interest: Mitte, Wedding, Moabit, Prenzlauer Berg, Pankow, Reinickendorf
