Hallo,
meine Oma hat eine wunderschöne drei Zimmerwohnung in mitten von Kreuzberg. Sie lebt dort alleine und wir suchen eine Studentin, die Lust hat dort mit ihr zusammen zu wohnen.
Statt einer hohen Miete würdest du nur 300,00€ monatlich zahlen für eine unschlagbare Lage und Anbindung. Im Gegenzug müsstest du die Wohnung auch sauber halten, dass ist sehr wichtig, da meine Oma sehr sauber und ordentlich ist. Gelegentlich mal einkaufen gehen oder etwas helfen wäre auch sehr schön.
Falls du persisch sprichst, umso besser. Meine Oma spricht arabisch, farsi und deutsch.

Die Wohnung hat eine moderen Ikea Küche und ein super schönes kleines Bad, was wir erst selbst vor einem Jahr saniert haben!
