Hey!
I'm (Mac) traveling to NYC and planning to sublet my room during the period. The room is fully furnished with a working desk and a spacious balcony. My stuff will still be in the room but i'll make sure to make some space for your clothes/etc. when you arrive. You're of course also welcome to read any of the books in the room, the only ask is that you help to water the plants once a week :)
Apart from that, you'll be living with my roommate Bobby who's super chill, clean, loves to cook, and is generally down to always hangout unless on busy workdays. If this sounds good, feel free to write us!!

The apartment is located right above an EDEKA so it's super convenient!
It's also 5 minutes walking from Rosa-luxemborg Ubahn, and a few more minutes to hackersher markt area. It's right at the edge of Kollwitzkiez so the neighborhood is very central and easy to get around.
