The price of 18 euros is per night. All other expenses are included: water, electricity, gas, internet. Three other pleasant people live in the apartment. If you need to check in earlier or later, don't hesitate to ask; it won't be possible to stay after May 21st.
The room is super bright, the furniture is old, and several were built by me. You can use my Spanish books, I also leave my art tools, some things for painting and creating. I'll remove the rest so you have space to put your things. Feel free to ask me anything you need.

Der Preis von 18 Euro gilt pro Nacht. Alle anderen Ausgaben sind enthalten: Wasser, Strom, Gas, Internet. Drei weitere angenehme Personen leben in der Wohnung. Wenn Sie früher oder später einchecken müssen, zögern Sie nicht zu fragen; es wird nicht möglich sein, nach dem 21. Mai zu bleiben.
Das Zimmer ist super hell, die Möbel sind alt und einige wurden von mir gebaut. Sie können meine spanischen Bücher benutzen, ich lasse auch meine Kunstwerkzeuge, einige Dinge zum Malen und Gestalten da. Den Rest werde ich entfernen, damit Sie Platz für Ihre Sachen haben. Zögern Sie nicht, mich zu fragen, wenn Sie etwas brauchen.
