Ich suche ein/e Mitbewohner*in für 3 Monate für ein sehr helles möbliertes Zimmer (20m2), mit Balkon. (650€ pro Monat)
Natürlich kannst du das wunderschöne Wohnzimmer (20m2 auch plus Balkon) mitnutzen!
Ein wichtiger Punkt, der mir sehr am Herzen liegt: du solltest in der Wohnung kein Fleisch essen oder zubereiten.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt und super zentral !
sie ist direkt an der u-Bahn-Station Leinestraße gelegen und die Ringbahn Station Hermannstraße ist auch nur 5-8 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. In unmittelbarer Näh liegt der Schillerkiez und das beliebte Tempelhofer Feld. Zum Alexanderplatz/Mitte sind es genau 15 Minuten mit der Bahn.
In unserem Kiez locken viele Bars, kleine Kaffees, Restaurants und Galerien zum schlendern und verbleiben ein.
Direkt unten im Haus befindet sich eine Bio Company und viele weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe (direkt gegenüber ist ein Aldi).

I'm looking for a roommate for a bright, furnished room (20m²) with a balcony, for 3 months.
(€650 per month). Of course, you are welcome to use the beautiful living room (20m²) with a balcony as well!
One important point: you should not eat or prepare meat in the apartment.
The location of the apartment is perfect and very central! It is right next to the Leinestraße U-Bahn station, and the Hermannstraße Ringbahn station is only a 5-8 minute walk away. The Schillerkiez and the popular Tempelhofer Feld are in the immediate vicinity. Alexanderplatz/Mitte is just 15 minutes away by train.
Our neighborhood has many bars, small cafes, restaurants, and galleries inviting you to stroll and stay a while.
Right downstairs in the building, there is a Bio Company, and many other shopping options are in the immediate vicinity (there is an Aldi directly across the street).
