I am leaving Berlin for 3 months, so I would like to rent my room. The room is furnitured.
We also have a washing machine and dishwasher.
There is a shared living room with balcony. On the balcony it's possible to smoke but I prefer if the person renting my room is not a heavy smoker.
!Important: the S-Bahn runs nearby, so it can be a bit noisy. But the windows are good.
Directly at s Rummelsburg, one stop from Ostkreuz
There is my flatmate living in the flat, too. He is in his mid thirties and very nice and easy to talk to. I guess, best is to meet him In person when you look at the flat.
I prefer if you write a message about yourself. Then due to me not being able to show the room until end of April it could be good to have a video call first and then to look at the flat and get to know my flatmate after.
I am looking for a responsible person who will take good care of things, who is respectful of neighbours (with noise etc.) and who is nice to my flatmate, of course.
