Meine derzeitige WG löst sich gerade auf, deshalb bin ich auf der suche nach 2 neuen Mitbewohner*innen.
Das Zimmer ist etwa 17 quadratmeter gross und hat einen Zugang zum Gemeinschaftsbalkon. Die Möbel auf dem Foto wird meine derzeitige Mitbewohnerin noch mitbehmen.
Die WG hat einen großen Balkon und eine großes Wohnzimmer mit Couch und Esstisch.
Ausserdem gibt es 2 Badezimmer, eins mit Badewanne und eins mit Dusche.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt an einer Bushaltestelle (M36, 136, 139). Mit dem Bus ist man innerhalb 15 Minuten an dem Bahnhof (Regio, S3, U7 und Bus).
Direkt vor der Tür hat man einen Rewe. Fußläufig erreicht man auch ein Netto, Penny, Edekacenter, Rossmann und Apotheken.
Ich bin Kira, 24 Jahre und Studentin. Momentan lebe ich mit einer Freundin in der Wohnung, mit der ich gerne zusammen gekocht, gequatscht oder mal ein Aperol oder dem Balkon getrunken habe. Eine reine Zweck-WG liegt daher nicht unbedingt in meinem Interesse.
Ich unternehme gerne neue Sachen und liebe es zu reisen.
