Dein voll möbeliertes Zimmer ist quadratisch, praktisch und gut: Das große Balkonfenster sowie ein zusätzliches kleines Fenster spenden genügend Tageslicht. Praktisch vor allem, da mindestens 2 Menschen (selbst erprobt) zum Yogieren, Sporteln und Aufisomatteschlafen Platz finden;). Du hast eine 1,40m Liegewiese, um dich in die Waagerechte zu begeben, 1 workspace direkt im daylight, ne solide Masse an Schrank für dein Hab und Gut und eine Sitzecke zum Chillen.
Es gibt direkten Zugang zum ruhigen und nachmittags sonnigem Balkon, auf dem 5 Menschen (ebenfalls selbst erprobt :p) Platz zum Sitzen haben. Falls du Lust hast zum Gärtnern, gibt es auch ein kleines Hochbeet und ein paar Blumenkästen.
Bei dringlichst zu erledigenden Geschäften ist die Toilette direkt gegenüber. Also nicht sehr weit, um nochmal das Praktische des Zimmers hervorzuheben:D
Your furnished bedroom has access to a quiet balcony. You are welcome to do some gardening on the balcony :) You have a 1,40m bed, a desk and enough space for your personal belongings. It also has an extra window + the windows from the balcony door so it's very bright.
Das schnucklige Schlösschen befindet sich in luftiger 3.Stock Lage in 10 Gehminuten-Katzensprung-Entfernung vom Lichtenberger S-und U(5)-Bahnhof. Dort befinden sich Edeka, Rossmann und eine Apotheke. In unmittelbarerer Nähe gibt es eine Kiezbäckerei und einen Lottoladen. In 5 Gehminuten ist ein Lidl zu erreichen und in 10 ein Rewe. (...und noch mehr Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die es zu erkunden gilt).
You are in 10min walk at the station "Lichtenberg" where you can reach S5, S7, S75 and U5. At the station you have an Edeka and a pharmacy.
There is a Lidl by 5min walk and lots of other supermarkets in 10mins walk. Also there is a bakery next door.
Du wirst mit Darlin (28) und Maja (25) zusammenwohnen. Die beiden wohnen auch erst ab Mitte Februar 24 zusammen, daher werdet ihr alle drei eine neue Konstellation sein :)
Die beiden sind sehr lieb und offen für jegliche Art von Unternehmung, sei es ein gemeinsamer Plausch oder gemeinsames Yoga machen. Sie freuen sich wenn eine Person einzieht, die respektvoll und ein angemessenes Gefühl für Sauberkeit hat.
You will be living with Darlin (28) and Maja (25). They will only be living together from mid-February, so you will be a new constellation :)
The two of them are very sweet and open to any kind of activity, a chat or doing yoga together. They are happy for someone to move in who is respectful and has an appropriate sense of cleanliness.
