The apartment is located in the middle of the Samariterkiez and has very good public transport connections. The subway and Ringbahn are both a maximum of 10 minutes' walk away. The streetcar stops virtually right in front of the building. Shopping facilities, cafés and bars and everything else your heart desires are within walking distance.
We are looking for an open, communicative person to cook, drink and play games together. The apartment should be a cozy and relaxed place where you spend time together, but at the same time behave respectfully and give each other space.
Cleanliness and tidiness should also be maintained. It is important to us that you are not looking for a party flat share. Friends are, of course, very welcome and the occasional party can certainly be thrown.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment and pets are unfortunately not allowed.
As our current main tenancy agreement expires at the end of March 2024, we are looking for a person who wants to stay 2 months with the opportunity to stay longer. Until now, our contract was limited until December 2024 due to upcoming renovations, but it is quite possible that the rental period will be extended. We would also be pleased if you could let us know whether you would also rent the room temporarily from February to the end of March, as long as the landlord has not yet agreed to take over the main tenancy agreement.
