Das Zimmer ist 18m2 groß, möbliert, und wegen des hellen Bodens und des großen Südfensters sehr hell.
In der Wohnung gibt es noch drei weitere Zimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, eine Küche (inkl. Wasch- und Spülmaschine) und ein Bad mit Wanne.

The room has 18m2, is furnished, and very bright due to the light floor and the large south-facing window.
In the apartment there are three more rooms, a living room with balcony, a kitchen (including washing machine and dishwasher) and a bathroom with tub.
Zwischen Gesundbrunnen und Wedding (gerade auf Höhe des Reinickendorf-Schildes), ist die Wohnung super gelegen. In 2 Minuten ist man an der Tram-Station Louise-Schröder-Platz, U Osloer (U8, U9) ist eine Tram-Station bzw. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, zur U6 an der Seestraße dauert es mit der Tram auch nur 4 Minuten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Lidl und Kaufland) sind in max. 5 Minuten erreichbar.

Between Gesundbrunnen and Wedding (just at the level of the Reinickendorf sign), the apartment's location is great. In 2 minutes you are at the tram station Louise-Schröder-Platz, U Osloer (U8, U9) is a tram stop or 5 minutes walk distance, you can also reach the U6 (Seestraße) in 4 minutes by tram.
Supermarkets (Edeka, Lidl and Kaufland) can be reached in max. 5 minutes.
Hier wohnen noch Hanna (28) und Franzi (28), beide sind bereits berufstätig. Wir sind alle teils im Büro, teils aber auch im Homeoffice.
Meistens treffen wir uns abends – wenn wir aus Uni, Job oder Bib zurückkommen – in unsererm Wohnzimmer. Hier laden der Esstisch oder die Sofas zum Verweilen, Quatschen, Serien schauen, Bierchen trinken und ab und zu auch zum Dancen ein. Gelegentlich geht es auch zusammen raus, sei es in irgendeinen Park oder eine Bar. Oft sind auch Freund*innen zu Besuch, natürlich wird dabei aber auf individuelle Bedürfnisse Rücksicht genommen. Ein harmonisches WG-Leben liegt uns allen am Herzen und wir sind definitv keine Zweck WG!

Hanna (29) and Franzi (28) still live here, both are already working full time. We are all partly in the office, but also partly in the home office.
Most of the time we meet in the evening - when we come back from university, job or library - in our living room. We have a large dining table and two couches to linger, chat, watch tv shows, have a beer and occasionally dance. Occasionally we go out together, to a park or a bar. Friends often visit, but of course individual needs are taken into account. A harmonious WG life is important to us and we are definitely not a functional WG only!
Das Zimmer wird für zwei Monate befristet vermietet. Der Mietpreis beinhaltet alle anfallenden Kosten.
Schreib uns doch gerne ein bisschen über dich, wenn wir das Gefühl haben, es könne passen, können wir ja mal kurz (online) quatschen.
